Achievements:
Replaced old method of printing & posting with automatic generation of paperwork as PDFs & direct emailing
Created a new batch process to allow offloading bulk emailing tasks to server, greatly improving worker efficiency
Successfully migrated all data and business logic into Servoy front-end with SQL back-end
