The brief
Recruited to migrate and convert an existing FileMaker Pro system to a more modern database architecture and platform, and to add electronic sending of all invoices, documentation and certificates.
What we delivered
- Replaced the old method of printing and posting with automatic generation of paperwork as PDFs and direct emailing.
- Created a new batch process to allow offloading of bulk emailing tasks to the server, greatly improving worker efficiency.
- Successfully migrated all data and business logic into a Servoy front-end with a SQL back-end.
