Project : Recruited by a Virtual Office company to Migrate/Convert existing eFiling web system to bespoke database solution and add electronic sending of all invoices and automated renewal reminders.
Achievements:
Replaced old method of printing & posting with automatic generation of paperwork as PDFs & direct emailing
Created a new batch process to allow automated renewal & reminder emailing tasks to server, greatly improving worker efficiency
Successfully migrated all data and streamlined work flows, leading to a ROI in one year
